Description
The SmartGen HGM410N is a single-unit automatic-start controller (ASM) that enables generator sets to start and stop via a remote signal. It integrates smart digital control and monitoring capabilities, providing reliable automation with comprehensive alarm protection.
The controller features a 132 × 64 backlit LCD with selectable languages, alongside a silicone‑rubber keypad that is rugged and easy to operate even in harsh conditions. It supports AC systems of various configurations (single-phase or three-phase) and measures critical electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and frequency.
On the engine side, it supports configurable sensor inputs (such as oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level), and provides start/stop control with multiple relay outputs. The unit’s internal memory stores all settings securely, even in the event of power loss.
Powered by a wide DC range (8–35 V), the HGM410N is compatible with most generator battery systems. It also supports maintenance timers, scheduled starts, and event logging. The unit is built in a compact ABS enclosure rated for operation between –25 °C and +70 °C, making it suitable for a range of generator environments.
