Description
The SmartGen HGM7220 is a robust AMF (Auto Mains Failure) controller engineered for single-unit generator sets. It provides automatic start/stop control, real-time monitoring, and fault protection to ensure smooth and reliable operation of your power system. Featuring a 132 × 64 backlit LCD screen with multilingual support, the controller offers intuitive status display and fault diagnostics. Inputs include 7 digital channels and 5 analog sensor channels (e.g., oil pressure, temperature, fuel level), while its outputs consist of 8 relays for start, stop, ATS switching, pre-heat, idle speed, and alarm functions.
The HGM7220 also supports scheduled start/stop cycles, maintenance timing, and event logging through a built-in real-time clock. All configuration parameters are preserved in non-volatile memory, guaranteeing they remain after power loss. The controller runs on a wide DC supply voltage (8–35 V), making it compatible with various generator battery systems. Its rugged design supports operating temperatures from –25 °C to +70 °C.
